Rubayat Khan

Jeeon

Big Idea:

Jeeon connects rural patients with urban doctors through telemedicine consultations facilitated by pharmacists.

Rubayat is a Harvard grad and serial entrepreneur from Bangladesh who became obsessed with health care through the ordinary experience of parenting two young kids. He noticed that most people in Bangladesh get their health care from informal “drug-sellers” and he decided that if these drug-sellers were the de-facto health care providers, he’d make it possible for them to be great at what they do. Jeeon aims to deliver quality healthcare to 100M underserved people.
