Why we chose Pascaline as a Fellow
Pascaline is one of the leading lights of the movement to promote rigorous evidence in the development sector. She was the lead investigator on the famous “sugar daddy” study in Kenya showing that simply letting girls know of the danger of HIV infection by older men could make a big difference in infection rates.
