Thriving kids.
Kidogo taps an existing workforce of informal providers and brings them into a franchise network. Under their brand, Kidogo helps providers improve care spaces and meet quality standards, and trains them to deliver proven play-based early childhood education and run a solid business.
A high-quality daycare industry that is regulated and subsidized by governments.
Kidogo currently serves 50,000 kids, and they know what it takes to help home-based providers deliver a good product. They’ve also learned that good-enough care costs more than parents can pay, and scale will require government subsidies. They’re now shifting from franchisor to trainer of independent business owners while advocating for subsidies and helping the government develop the right regulatory framework. That’s a big change and a big lift, but their experience and brand put them in a unique position to deliver.
