Sania joined the team in 2022 as a Principal.

Sania has experience working at the intersection of strategy, design-thinking, and social impact. Prior to joining Mulago, Sania was a Manager at Dalberg Advisors, a social impact and global development management consulting firm. Sania has also worked at Idea Couture, a design-thinking firm, and Deloitte Consulting.

Sania has a BS from Georgetown University and an MBA from University of California Berkeley, Haas School of Business. In her free time, Sania loves to paint, write, and go exploring with her husband and their giant German Shepherd.
